Welcome to CadenceKeeper!

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CadenceKeeper mobile application and the companion website at https://cadencekeeper.com (collectively, the “Service”). By installing, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use CadenceKeeper.

1. Description of CadenceKeeper
CadenceKeeper is a lightweight Android app that lets you record workouts (date, distance, duration) and presents personalized statistics to help you track progress and stay motivated.

2. Usage Rights
CadenceKeeper is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may:

Install and run the app on your own Android devices.

Export or back up your workout data for personal use.

You may not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the app’s source code.

Sell, sublicense or redistribute the app or any part of it.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

3. User Data & Privacy
CadenceKeeper requires no account and collects no personally identifiable information (PII).
All workout entries you create are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.
Anonymous crash logs generated by Google Play may be processed solely to diagnose technical issues.

4. Non-Personal Diagnostic Data
We may use platform-level analytics (e.g., aggregate install counts, anonymized crash reports) to improve stability and performance. This data contains no PII.

5. Health Disclaimer
CadenceKeeper provides informational statistics only. It is not a medical or fitness-training program and does not replace professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning or modifying any exercise regimen. Use the app at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CadenceKeeper and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, injury or health issues.

7. Refund Policy
CadenceKeeper is currently free. If paid features are introduced in the future, details of any refund policy will be provided at the time of purchase.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Updates to the Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements or other changes. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, for material changes, notify you via the app or our website. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
